I am exceedingly grateful to the African Leadership Institute for the opportunity given to me to study People and Network in Business Development in which I derived a lot. In this course I learned that good business relies on good staff, and the attribute of these good staff, I also learned about the eight types of team roles, the stages of team development process, the meaning of networking, the importance of people, teams and networks and much more.
